At Aish Premium, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. Every order is prepared with care, checked thoroughly, and packaged securely so it reaches you in perfect condition. We understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is necessary, and we aim to make this process as fair and straightforward as possible.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Products should show no signs of wear, tampering, or damage caused after delivery. All return or exchange requests must be made within seven calendar days of receiving your order. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice, is required for processing.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty, hair care, or edible products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom-made or personalised items and gift sets prepared specifically for you are also non-returnable. Products that have been damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or exposure after delivery will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Provide your order number along with a clear explanation of the issue. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please attach photographs or a short video as proof.
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will inform you whether the item is eligible for return or exchange and will share the exact instructions for sending it back. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
After the returned item is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within seven to ten working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery. Include photographs or a short video of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Right to Decline Returns
Aish Premium reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where the product has been mishandled after delivery.
